Who I am

This website is run by Maria Konstantinelli, counsellor and therapist ("I", "me"). I am the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What this policy covers

This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use this website or contact me through it. Information shared during therapy is covered separately in the agreement we discuss before we begin working together.

Information I collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number (optional), the type of therapy you're interested in, your preferred contact method and your message.
• Email and telephone: any information you choose to share when you contact me directly.
• Analytics (only with your consent): information about how you use the website, such as pages visited and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics.
• Technical information: the website host (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.

How I use your information

I use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and, if we go on to work together, to manage appointments. I do not use it for marketing and I never sell it.

Lawful basis

I rely on your consent and on taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (responding to your enquiry). Analytics cookies are only used with your consent.

Who I share it with

I use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and deliver messages: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email delivery), Google (email and, with consent, analytics). They process data on my behalf and only as needed to provide their services. Some may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long I keep it

I keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, and then delete it securely.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact me using the details above.
